The case considers the internationalisation process involving Eurolatón, a Spanish family business specialising in the manufacture of handles, latches and fittings for doors. Its international vocation has taken it from being a local firm to a global manufacturer with four production plants in China and commercial subsidiaries in Europe, the Americas and Asia, from where its products are delivered to more than forty countries.
